Apprenticeship Program
The Apprenticeship Program prepares participants to become highly skilled workers in the fields of construction and masonry. During their apprenticeship, participants complete a comprehensive curriculum through both hands-on training at an on-site facility and weekly study in a classroom setting. Teaching aligns with the curriculum established by the National Center for Construction Education and Research, equipping participants with industry-standard skills upon their program completion. In addition to trade skills, participants gain education in financial literacy, career planning, leadership training, and other areas of professional development.
